Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Natural Beauty Clinic website, booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, product, package, membership, or other service, or receiving care at Natural Beauty Clinic (“Natural Beauty Clinic,” “the Clinic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing services from the Clinic, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
These Terms are intended to complement, and do not replace, any treatment-specific informed consent, financial agreement, privacy notice, prescription information, or other documentation provided to you as part of your care.
1. About Natural Beauty Clinic and Our Services
Natural Beauty Clinic is an integrative naturopathic and medical aesthetics clinic located in White Rock, British Columbia.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:

- Naturopathic consultations and follow-up visits
- Individualized wellness and lifestyle recommendations
- Nutritional and supplement recommendations
- Laboratory and functional assessments
- Hormonal and metabolic health support
- Weight-management programs
- Prescription therapies within the authorized scope of practice of the treating practitioner
Injectable and Regenerative Therapies
- Intravenous (IV) therapy
- Intramuscular injections
- Ozone and oxidative therapies
- Prolotherapy
- Biopuncture and mesotherapy
- Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF)
- Other injectable therapies offered within the practitioner’s authorized scope of practice

- Other health, wellness, and aesthetic services that may be introduced by the Clinic from time to time.
The availability of a service does not mean that it is suitable for every patient. Services are provided only within the scope of practice, professional competence, training, and regulatory authorization of the treating practitioner.
The Clinic reserves the right to recommend, modify, postpone, discontinue, or decline a treatment when clinically indicated or where providing the treatment would not be in the patient’s best interests.
2. Eligibility, Health Information and Informed Consent
Patients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information regarding their health, including medical conditions, medications, supplements, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, previous procedures, and any other information that may be relevant to treatment.
Certain services require a consultation, medical assessment, laboratory testing, or other evaluation before treatment.
The Clinic may decline or postpone treatment where a practitioner determines that a treatment is contraindicated, medically unsuitable, outside the practitioner’s scope of practice, or not in the patient’s best interests.
Before procedures requiring informed consent, patients will be provided with information regarding the nature and purpose of the proposed treatment, material risks and potential benefits, reasonable alternatives, and the consequences of declining treatment.
Treatment-specific consent forms may also be required.
Consent is an ongoing process. Patients may ask questions and may withdraw consent before or during a procedure, subject to any immediate steps reasonably required to maintain patient safety.
These Terms do not replace the informed consent process.
3. Minors and Capacity to Consent
Consent to health care is governed by applicable British Columbia law.
Where a patient is unable to provide legally valid consent, consent may be obtained from an authorized substitute decision-maker or representative as permitted or required by law.
Certain elective aesthetic treatments may be restricted by Clinic policy based on age, clinical circumstances, or professional judgment.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Health care, naturopathic medicine, regenerative therapies, injectable treatments, and medical aesthetic procedures involve individual biological variability.
Although the Clinic uses professional judgment, individualized treatment planning, established clinical protocols, and appropriate technologies and products, no specific clinical, therapeutic, wellness, cosmetic, or aesthetic outcome can be guaranteed.
Results vary between individuals and may be influenced by factors including age, genetics, medical history, skin type, anatomy, lifestyle, medications, underlying health conditions, adherence to recommendations, healing response, and other factors outside the Clinic’s control.
Some treatments require a series of sessions, maintenance treatments, combination therapies, lifestyle changes, home care, or follow-up appointments to support the intended treatment goals.
A recommendation regarding the anticipated number of sessions or expected duration of a treatment plan is a clinical estimate and does not constitute a guarantee of outcome.
Additional treatment may be recommended and may involve additional fees.
5. Website Information Is Not Medical Advice
Information provided on naturalbeautyclinic.ca, our social media channels, emails, newsletters, educational materials, chatbot, or other digital communications is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Such information does not establish a practitioner-patient relationship and is not intended to replace individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.
Do not delay seeking medical care because of information obtained through our website or digital communications.
In the event of a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency medical services.
6. Appointments, Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments are reserved specifically for each patient.
The Clinic may require a credit card on file, booking deposit, or prepayment to secure certain appointments.
Patients must provide the notice specified in the Clinic’s current Cancellation Policy when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide the required notice may result in:
- forfeiture of a booking deposit;
- a late-cancellation or no-show fee; or
- prepayment being required for future appointments.
The applicable cancellation policy will be communicated through the Clinic’s booking system or at the time of booking.
The Clinic recognizes that exceptional circumstances may occur and may review such situations individually.
If the Clinic must reschedule an appointment, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative appointment.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees vary according to the service, treatment plan, products used, treatment area, practitioner time, and other clinical considerations.
Patients will be informed of applicable fees before treatment or purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time the service is provided.
Treatment recommendations may change following clinical assessment. If a material change to the proposed treatment results in a change in price, the patient will be informed before proceeding.
Patients remain responsible for payment regardless of whether a private insurance plan, health spending account, or other third party reimburses any portion of the service.
The Clinic does not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement.
8. Refund Policy
Because professional services involve reserved practitioner time, clinical assessment, professional expertise, supplies, medications, products, equipment, and/or treatment that cannot be returned once provided, fees for services that have already been performed or rendered are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Dissatisfaction with the degree of improvement achieved does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund. Individual response to treatment varies, and treatment outcomes are not guaranteed.
Payments are not refundable solely because:
- the patient did not achieve a particular or anticipated result;
- additional sessions are recommended;
- maintenance treatment is recommended;
- the patient’s response differs from another patient’s response; or
- the patient changes their mind after a service has been completed.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of British Columbia or Canada.
9. Deposits and Prepaid Treatment Plans
Certain services may require deposits or may be offered as prepaid treatment plans or packages.
A deposit reserves practitioner time and may be applied toward the treatment for which it was collected.
The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to deposits will be disclosed at the time of booking.
For prepaid treatment plans or packages, any refund request relating to unused services will be assessed according to the terms applicable to that purchase and applicable consumer protection law.
Services that have already been provided are non-refundable except where required by law.
Where a package was purchased at a discounted package price and a refund of unused services is permitted, services already received may, where disclosed in the applicable package agreement and permitted by law, be recalculated at their regular individual price before determining any remaining refundable balance.
A prepaid treatment plan does not guarantee a particular clinical or aesthetic outcome.
The Clinic may modify or discontinue a treatment plan if continuing treatment is no longer clinically suitable. Any financial adjustment relating to unused services will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and applicable law.
10. Products, Prescription Items and Customized Preparations
For health, hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, opened, used, dispensed, prescription, specially ordered, compounded, or customized products may not be eligible for return or refund except where required by law or where the product is defective.
Return eligibility for unopened retail products will be determined according to the Clinic’s current retail return policy and applicable law.
11. Treatment Risks and Patient Responsibilities
Naturopathic, injectable, regenerative, laser, energy-based, and medical aesthetic procedures may involve risks and potential adverse effects.
Depending on the treatment, these may include temporary discomfort, bruising, swelling, redness, irritation, bleeding, infection, allergic or inflammatory reactions, pigment changes, scarring, asymmetry, vascular complications, treatment failure, or other treatment-specific risks.
The material risks associated with a particular procedure will be addressed as part of the informed consent process.
Patients are responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete health information;
- informing the practitioner of changes to medications or health status;
- following pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions;
- attending recommended follow-up assessments;
- promptly reporting unexpected or concerning symptoms; and
- seeking emergency medical care where clinically necessary.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information or follow treatment instructions may increase the risk of complications or affect treatment outcomes.
12. Naturopathic, IV, Ozone, Prolotherapy and Other Integrative Therapies
Naturopathic and integrative treatment plans are individualized and may include nutritional, lifestyle, supplement, prescription, injectable, intravenous, regenerative, or other therapeutic approaches within the treating practitioner’s authorized scope of practice.
Not every therapy is appropriate for every patient.
Some integrative therapies may have different levels of scientific evidence for different indications, and regulatory authorization of a practitioner to provide a therapy should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the therapy will produce a particular health outcome.
Where a treatment has specific regulatory, safety, or informed-consent considerations, these will be addressed separately as part of the clinical assessment and consent process.
Patients should inform the Clinic about all conventional and integrative treatments they are receiving from other health-care providers to support coordinated and safe care.
13. Prescriptions, Supplements and Medications
Any prescription, medication, supplement, injectable substance, or other therapeutic product recommended or provided by a regulated health professional will be considered according to the patient’s individual clinical circumstances and the practitioner’s authorized scope of practice.
Patients must disclose all medications, supplements, allergies, adverse reactions, and relevant medical conditions.
Prescription medications and therapeutic products may have risks, contraindications, side effects, and interactions. These will be discussed as part of the applicable clinical and informed-consent process.
14. Photography and Clinical Documentation
The Clinic may take photographs or other images where clinically relevant for documentation, treatment planning, comparison, or monitoring.
Clinical photographs form part of the patient’s health record where taken for clinical purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
Clinical photographs will not be used for advertising, social media, promotional, or educational purposes without separate and explicit consent.
Declining marketing or promotional photography will not affect a patient’s access to care.
15. Privacy and Personal Information
Natural Beauty Clinic respects the privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
Personal and health information is collected, used, stored, retained, and disclosed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and the Clinic’s Privacy Policy.
Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for additional information regarding how we manage personal information, electronic communications, website data, photographs, and health records.
16. Electronic Communications
Patients who communicate with the Clinic by email, SMS, website forms, social media, online booking systems, or other electronic methods acknowledge that electronic communications may carry privacy and security limitations.
Electronic messaging should not be used for urgent or emergency medical concerns.
The Clinic may use electronic communications for appointment reminders, administrative communications, follow-up information, and other communications permitted by law and by the patient’s communication preferences or consent.
17. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The Clinic may use or provide links to third-party services, including online booking systems, payment processors, communication platforms, social media services, or other digital resources.
Natural Beauty Clinic does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, privacy practices, security practices, or terms of use.
Use of a third-party platform may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of naturalbeautyclinic.ca, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, educational materials, videos, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Natural Beauty Clinic and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially used without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.
19. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to use this website:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to interfere with its security or operation;
- to attempt unauthorized access to systems or information;
- to transmit malicious software or harmful material; or
- in any manner that infringes the rights of Natural Beauty Clinic or another person.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Beauty Clinic will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use this website or third-party services linked through it.
With respect to professional health-care services, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any duty, responsibility, standard of care, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a patient’s rights under applicable British Columbia or Canadian law.
21. Changes to Services, Pricing and Website Information
Services, technologies, products, practitioners, pricing, promotions, and availability may change from time to time.
The Clinic may update website information without prior notice.
Where a patient has already entered into an agreement for a particular prepaid service or treatment plan, any changes will be handled according to the applicable agreement and applicable law.
22. Changes to These Terms
Natural Beauty Clinic may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in Clinic operations, services, technology, professional standards, or legal and regulatory requirements.
The current version will be posted on this website together with the date of the most recent update.
Changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise required by law.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Subject to any rights or procedures that cannot legally be excluded, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
